1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product was delivered in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition.

The wrong item was delivered.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

Opened or used packs of wipes.

Products with broken seals not caused during transit.

Items returned without original packaging.

Orders returned due to personal preference or change of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

3. Refund Process

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, the following items are non-returnable:

Products not stored properly after delivery

Items requested for return beyond the allowed timeline
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled due to hygiene-sensitive product handling.
